At daily maintenance service it is necessary
to check a condition of a frame, springs, , shock-absorbers, wheels
and tyres. In tyres check pressure. Approximately through 1000-2000
km of run check pressure of air a manometre and if it is necessary,
lead up it to norm.
At ÒÀ-2 check and if it is necessary, regulate a condition of bearings
of naves of wheels, step-ladders, and also fingers of springs and
rotary pins. Besides, check a condition of a forward suspension
bracket. At the second maintenance service by external survey check
a condition of a beam of the forward bridge, and also a convergence
of forward wheels. Thus, if it is necessary, regulate them. At strong
deterioration of tyres check angles of slope and an angle of rotation
of forward wheels. Check, whether there is no warp of forward and
back bridges; check a condition of a frame and the towing device,
a condition of springs; fix springs, a step-ladder, fingers of springs;
check a condition of shock-absorbers, wheels and disks; grease rotary
pins and fingers of springs; remove naves, wash out, check a condition
of bearings and after oil replacement regulate bearings of wheels.
Through each 15 000 km of run it is necessary to check balancing
of wheels, a condition of spherical hinges of a suspension bracket,
to supervise backlashes in naves of forward wheels and if necessary
to add in them greasing with dismantling of naves and washing of
details. Through 30 000 km of run it is necessary to check up a
condition of the stabilizer of cross-section stability
